Asensi Abogados SLP is a law firm dedicated to the provision of legal services in the gaming and gambling industry.

We provide legal advice to a significant number of the main companies in the world advising on both online and terrestrial gaming. Our clients rely on us to help obtain operating licenses permits, authorizations and concessions in the jurisdictions that we work. From the incorporation of the corporate vehicle that will be the license applicant to all aspects of compliance, legal and strategy requirements, Asensi Abogados is there at every step on the journey.

As well as commercial clients, we are also official advisors to gaming regulators. As an examples, after winning an international public tender in 2015 Asensi Abogados was appointed the official advisor of Coljuegos, the Colombian regulator, for the development of its entire regulatory regime for online gambling.

Our firm has been a leading voice in the main local trade associations J-Digital and Bet on Ceuta since their inception. Additionally, partners Santiago Asensi, Alla Serebrianskaia, Juan Camilo Carrasco and lawyer Sofia García Carpintero are fellow members of the International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA).
